• Email Marketing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of the services offered at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

You, the client, are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services.
• Ensuring that all content (text, images, logos, etc.) provided for SEO or digital marketing campaigns is legal and does not violate any intellectual property rights or laws.
• Responding promptly to requests for approvals or feedback to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintaining any necessary third-party accounts (e.g., Google Ads, social media accounts) to enable us to carry out the services.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees for services are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any work. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services or as per the payment schedule.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee, and SitePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within the specified period.
• Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client’s Content: You retain ownership of any content provided for SEO or digital marketing campaigns (e.g., logos, images, text). You grant us the necessary rights to use this content for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
• SitePro’s Work: Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., SEO strategy, campaigns, website designs) will transfer to you. However, SitePro retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy and confidentiality. SitePro agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by you to any third party without your prior consent, except as required by law or to fulfill service agreements.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that any data transmitted over the internet involves inherent risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SitePro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
• Our total liability for any claims arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. Third-Party Services

SitePro may use third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing tools) to deliver certain services. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and SitePro is not responsible for their actions or failures.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of termination. No refunds will be issued for work already completed. SitePro may also suspend or terminate services if payment is not received or if the client violates these terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SitePro harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or any content you provide.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PAKISTAN. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts located in PAKISTAN.

13. Force Majeure

SitePro will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or changes in laws.

14. Changes to Terms

SitePro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
